OneTicketDesk

White-label service desk for IT providers

Give your clients a portal with your name on it.

Run requests, client workspaces, departments, assets and service reporting in one platform. Your team provides the service; the deployment agreement defines who hosts the software.

Payment starts guided onboarding. Workspace activation follows identity, domain, deployment and production acceptance checks.

Software, not staff

Clear lines between you, your clients and us.

The licence covers the platform. Support for your clients is done by your team, under your contracts.

You, the provider

  • Do the support work for your clients
  • Set your own prices and contracts
  • Manage users, permissions and brand settings
  • Resell within the OneTicketDesk resale rules

Your clients

  • Raise and follow requests in your portal
  • Keep contacts and approvals up to date
  • Give access when work needs it

Platform responsibility

  • THNF operates hosting, updates and backups for a THNF-hosted deployment
  • The provider owns infrastructure and backups for a customer-hosted deployment
  • The signed deployment agreement records the chosen model and responsibilities

Staff queue with targets

Priority levels with acknowledgement targets you set for each client.

Allowances and billable time

Track included support minutes and extra hourly work per client.

Records and permissions

Activity logs, role-based access and internal notes kept apart from client replies.

Your data, your exit

Published backup, restore, retention and deletion targets, with a full export when you leave.

Onboarding

Live in 5 to 20 business days.

The timeline depends on the integrations you connect. Nothing goes live until it has passed a production acceptance test.

  1. Step 1Discovery call

Your clients, team size and required integrations.

  2. Step 2Names and intake

Product name, portal name, support email and intake mailbox.

  3. Step 3Acceptance tests

Each mailbox, sign-in provider and payment link tested in production.

  4. Step 4Go live

Invite your clients. We stay available for product questions.

Resale pricing

Provider software with a clear resale model.

White-Label Provider is £349 per month with mandatory guided setup from £1,495. You set your clients' prices. THNF's platform share applies only to managed-service revenue billed to external clients; internal departments do not attract a share.

7.5%of what you bill your managed clients

Initial checkout is £1,844 plus applicable VAT, then £349 per month. Payment begins onboarding; it does not make an untested workspace live.
